Our Homes
Sustainable, Straightforward, and Scalable
First, we build single-family starter homes with designs that are adaptable for regional codes and aesthetics; this encompasses accessories in various architectural styles.
Above all, a good roof. Our state-of-the-art roof tie-down system makes the homes virtually weatherproof and far exceeds current building code standards.
Next, we deploy our homes for permanent installation without using a crane.
Last, a universal core concentrates building infrastructure to allow future expansion.
Our Process
An open source neural-network
We offer comprehensive open source floor plans, standard of procedure, and building method to all who wish to become involved in filling a critical gap in affordable housing.
A decentralized method promotes repeatability, notably in regions where crucial housing initiatives and workforce training need to develop in tandem.
Initially, construction can operate without dedicated factory building: one skilled carpenter needs only 3-5 driven workers to build this home in a matter of weeks. This primary production site functions as a central hub and the deployment teams serve as spokes to neighboring regions.
Furthermore, we adhere to and even exceed the International Residential Code (IRC) to implement affordable, energy efficient starter homes in rural, urban, and tribal markets.
